Ingredients

  • 400grams of Global Tilapia fish fillet
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/ 2 cup of flour
  • 1teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 spoon of white pepper (Optional)
  • 1 chopped parsley(optional)
  • Minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • Cooking oil for frying
  • 1/ 2cup bread crumbs

Cooking Instructions

  1. Cut your fish fillets into smaller pieces. Simmer the fish fillets into 1 cup of water with salt and white pepper.
  2. After the fillets have softened, remove from heat and place in a bowl. Mash them down to form a fish paste. Add your finely chopped onions, minced garlic, parsley. For seasoning, you’ll add salt and fish sauce. Add 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of flour to the mixture and mix them.
  3. Shape your mixture into balls as you put them into separate bowls. Put the remaining flour, bread crumbs and beaten egg into separate bowls.
  4. Pass your fish balls through the beaten egg, flour and breadcrumbs bowls as you coat them lightly.
  5. Heat your oil and place your fish balls in the oil. Let it cook until golden brown ensuring both sides look the same.
  6. Remove your fishballs and serve them with a side dish of your choice.

Ingredients

1 tablespoon of paprika

1 teaspoon of salt

4 tablespoons of cooking oil

3 tablespoons of flour

4 tilapia fillets

1 tablespoon of garlic powder

Lemon fruit

Simple Cooking Steps

  1. Thaw your frozen global tilapia fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel to ensure they brown evenly.
  2. In a bowl, add your tilapia fillets. Smear 2 tablespoon of oil on both sides of your fillets. Season it with salt, paprika and garlic powder. Set it aside for 8 minutes.
  3. In your other bowl, add the three tablespoons of flour. Dip the seasoned fillets in the flour and lightly coat both sides. Place them on a side plate.
  4. Use a non-stick pan to heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Take 2 fillets add them to your already heated oil and let them cook on medium heat till they turn golden brown. Flip the fillets with a fish spatula so that the other side cooks well too.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of oil on the non-sticky pan and do the same to the remaining fillets.
  6. Serve them on a flat-surfaced plate and garnish with lemon slices and coriander.
  7. Enjoy your tilapia fillets with vegetables, French fries or rice.

Recipe Ingredients
 2 Ready-to-eat fish packets of Global Tilapia.
 3 spoonful of cooking oil
 200ml Coconut milk
 Salt
 1 teaspoon of curry powder
 1 large red onion
 2 large tomatoes
 Tomato paste
 Minced garlic
 Red capsicum (pili pili hoho)
 Green capsicum
 Yellow capsicum
 Red or green chili (optional)
 1 Lemon
How To Prepare

  1. Wash your onions, tomatoes, capsicums and chili(optional). Chop your onions, tomatoes, chilis
    and capsicums separately and in your desired shape. Mince your garlic and put it in a different
    bowl.
  2. Add 3spoonful of oil in your heating saucepan. Add your onions to your already heated oil in the
    saucepan. Stir till it turns golden brown. Add your minced garlic and stir till it matches the color
    of your golden brown onions. Add a spoonful of tomato paste and stir. Then add your chopped
    tomatoes, capsicum and chilis(optional) and cook them together. Add a teaspoon of salt. Cover
    your saucepan and let your tomatoes cook well. Uncover your saucepan and add the teaspoon
    of curry powder to the mixture and stir well. In the mix, add your coconut milk and 1/4 liter of
    water. Stir the mixture till it looks uniform.
  3. Add your ready-to-eat tilapia fish to the mixture and let it simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
    Flip your fish just once for both sides to cook in the sauce. Your fish is now ready to serve.
  4. Serve your fish in two broad dishes to maintain its wholeness. Add your rounded-shaped sliced
    lemons on top of each plate.
  5. Serve with your desired side dish i.e. Ugali, rice, vegetables

Fresh tasty dinner that is easy to make. This garlic butter tilapia fillet is seasoned with lemon juice ,garlic, lemon zest ,melted butter and oregano. It only take 20minutes and dinner is served.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Global Tilapia Fillet
  • lemon juice & zest
  • 4 tsp of butter
  • garlic
  • dried thyme
  • dried oregano
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • salt

Method

1.Melt butter and mix with lemon juice,garlic,lemon zest, salt and all the spices.

2.Rub the mixture on thawed fillets and place in a baking tray.

3.Add in a mix of your favorite vegetables and add spices to the vegetables.
