Recipe Ingredients
- 2 packets Global Tilapia Fillet
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 tsp blackpepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp fish masala
- 1tsp curry powder
How to Prepare
In 3 separate bowls. Put the all -purpose flour, eggs and breadcrumbs.
- In 3 separate bowls ,put the All-purpose flour,breadcrumbs and eggs.
- Add the spices to the flour and coat the fillets as well with salt and black pepper.
- Take the fillets and coat in the all-purpose flour first, then the eggs an finish of with the breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the tilapia fillet.Fry till golden brown on the outside and cooked on the inside.
- Serve with some oven-baked potatoes or chips with a side of fresh salad mix.
