1 tablespoon of paprika

1 teaspoon of salt

4 tablespoons of cooking oil

3 tablespoons of flour

4 tilapia fillets

1 tablespoon of garlic powder

Simple Cooking Steps

  1. Thaw your frozen global tilapia fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel to ensure they brown evenly.
  2. In a bowl, add your tilapia fillets. Smear 2 tablespoon of oil on both sides of your fillets. Season it with salt, paprika and garlic powder. Set it aside for 8 minutes.
  3. In your other bowl, add the three tablespoons of flour. Dip the seasoned fillets in the flour and lightly coat both sides. Place them on a side plate.
  4. Use a non-stick pan to heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil. Take 2 fillets add them to your already heated oil and let them cook on medium heat till they turn golden brown. Flip the fillets with a fish spatula so that the other side cooks well too.
  5. Add 1 tablespoon of oil on the non-sticky pan and do the same to the remaining fillets.
  6. Serve them on a flat-surfaced plate and garnish with lemon slices and coriander.
  7. Enjoy your tilapia fillets with vegetables, French fries or rice.
