Recipe Ingredients

  • Global Tilapia Fillet
  • lemon juice & zest
  • 4 tsp of butter
  • garlic
  • dried thyme
  • dried oregano
  • paprika
  • black pepper
  • salt

Method

1.Melt butter and mix with lemon juice,garlic,lemon zest, salt and all the spices.

2.Rub the mixture on thawed fillets and place in a baking tray.

3.Add in a mix of your favorite vegetables and add spices to the vegetables.

4.Bake for15-20min on 180c and serve with your favorite side dish.
